Position: Machine Shop Inspector
Description:
- Establish & implement inspection methods & procedures & inspection sheets
- Maintain all measuring equipment & calibration system
- Handle customer quality issues; travel to customer location as needed
- Ensure corrective actions are documented and carried out
- Perform first off / last off inspection
- Maintain quality records
- Complete Customer quality paperwork as required
- Follow & maintain ISO 9001:2008 system
- Attend & contribute to management review process
- Conduct internal audits issue non-conforming reports
- Assist with third party audits
- Assign disposition on non-conforming material
- Operate coordinate measuring machine
- Manage raw material crib and tol crib,
- Other duties as required
Required Skills:
College - Quality Systems or equivalant - 3 - 5 Years Machining in related industry - Computer, Microsoft Office, E2 or other job shop software - CAD knowledge preferred - Valid drivers license and insurance

Position: CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator
Description:
- Review traveler, drawing, samples to understand job; ask for clarification as required
- Service & program machine
- Prepare sketch of part
- Set-up & operate manual equipment
- Conduct first-off & in-process checks
- Maintain quality records
- Complete Customer quality paperwork as required
- Number of hours per week: 40 hours
- Maintain & calibrate measuring equipment as per calibration system
- Follow ISO 9001:2008 system
- Contribute to internal & third party audits & problem solving for non-conforming reports
- Trouble shoot maintain, clean & repair equipment
- Assist with Housekeeping of all work areas
- Other duties as directed by Management
- Follow company health and safety policies including use of Personal Protective Equipment
Required Skills:
- Machinist Certification - Five Years Machining (Apprenticeship & one Year work experience) - WHMIS, Niagara Precision ISO systems, Fork Truck
Education:
- College - Program: General Machinist Tool & Die optional
Who Should Apply: Certified Machinist with five years experience
